- How long does it take to build a first version?
- Most first releases ship in 2 to 4 weeks. The exact timeline depends on scope and is written into your proposal before any work begins.
- How is a project priced?
- Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, timeline, deliverables and price. An initial deposit starts the work, and larger projects are split into milestone payments.
- Who owns the code you write?
- You do. Once the project is paid in full, the custom code and deliverables become your property. We keep rights only to pre-existing tools and libraries we bring to the project.
- What happens if a milestone does not meet the agreed specification?
- We revise it at no extra cost. You review each milestone, and anything that misses the specification in your proposal is fixed before we move on.
- Can you build payments and subscriptions into my platform?
- Yes. Payment gateway integration, custom billing and subscription management are part of what we build, so your platform can take payments from the day it launches.
- What kinds of software do you build?
- Web applications, mobile apps, internal tools and system integrations, including AI features, analytics dashboards and workflow automation where they add real value.
- Do you support the software after launch?
- Yes. We provide maintenance, technical support, bug fixes within scope and the scaling work that comes with a growing user base, as set out in your service agreement.
- Can I stop a project partway through?
- Yes. You can end the project after any completed milestone without penalty and keep all completed work and project files. The details are in our refund policy.
